This really quick and easy recipe used our Garlic Butter seasoning to add a crustal vibration to the salmon and asparagus. Super simple, super quick and delicious!
METHOD
We used three portions of salmon and simply added a shake of Garlic Butter seasoning to the tops of the fish followed by a squeeze of lemon juice. Nestle the asparagus or tender stem broccoli beside the fish and add some more seasoning.
Wrap up the parcel and into the oven at 180C for 15 mins. You could serve this up with couscous or even a pasta salad but we’re trying to be good! The fresh flavours that give a warm but summery feel. Hot smoke the salmon on the BBQ with some light beech wood or maple for a real taste explosion!!!
