Here's how he did it:
550g cauliflower broken into florets and added to batter. Cooked indirect at 220c for 20 minutes. Glazed and cooked for a further 10 minutes. Checked with a skewer for doneness.
Batter Mix: 70grams plain flour, 90mls milk (or milk substitute) 20 grams rub of your choice. This makes enough batter for half a cauliflower.
Dip: 4 tablespoons Greek yoghurt and one table spoon A&O Ranch Seasoning.
